Mid-Year Update: What’s Changed Since January

Since we published the original 2026 wage guide, demand has pushed wages higher across nearly every role we place, to roughly $2-4 more per hour than the guide originally reported.

One primary factor is driving this change: the sheer volume of large-scale, well-funded construction projects competing for the same limited pool of workers, especially in Dallas-Fort Worth, where skilled trades wages have climbed well above the numbers most salary websites still show.

This mid-year addendum reflects those changes, and we expect these rates to hold into 2027.
